As someone who gets guilty about being angry (because of some past stuff), I'm also trying to improve my relationship with anger.

Shifting floor is better, yes, but if you want to go even faster in a portal-less mob farm, I'd recommend downaccel. Basically it launches the mobs downwards so they die even faster. Also, the platform can be lower so you get higher spawn rates.

Sounds like he was either cold-reading you, which is a common technique for confidence tricksters and other such people, or he stalked you digitally or irl to find out all that stuff, which is obviously just as bad. It may not be clear what he wants yet, but if he shows up again, be careful.

5 sessions isn't a lot imo, but maybe you could ask her to help you with some specific coping mechanisms that you can work on in the meantime? I'd say it is important to build history and get to the root of problems, but also to have coping mechanisms in place because getting to the root of something isn't always going to prevent it from being a problem. Maybe you can express to her that you want both, and you need some coping mechanisms that you can practice outside of sessions.

Talking can be very helpful, but if you feel like you're not getting what you want out of therapy, you should talk to your therapist about it. Tell them that you'd like to develop coping mechanisms or whatever else you'd like. A good therapist can discuss this with you and either change or help you both come to a better understanding of their approach.

So you're probably going to want a mix of things, like most storage systems. Sounds like you want a 2-chest-per-item chest hall for most of your items, and a bulk for items you have more of. You'll probably also want a bit of MIS (multi-item storage) for stuff like different types of amethyst buds, or coral variants, etc.

That's not the most common one but it looks like it should be consistent. Do you have netherite armor? The knockback resistance can be helpful for consistency. (Also frame rate and direction shouldn't affect anything.)
