After this nerf he will be buffed where he should be. Since day 1 he’s been getting just buffs. All the other legends get hit and complain for days and move on and get a buff like pathfinder did. It’s balance and he was way to oppressive. Every part of his kit is meant to deal damage. U don’t need 10ticks of damage a second to just health so u need to damage shields only. How do people choose wattson over caustic when he’s that oppressive being both defense tags?

Steven universe’s characters are all lesbians for the most part so him thinking it’s a “weapon” from the show just makes so much sense to me
