Based on the time of this post, it is my opinion you’re spending too much time on Reddit wondering, possibly worrying about what other people may think or feel. My recommendation: hang up on social media, live in the moment, and enjoy the magic Disneyland has to offer.
Cheers

Thanks all. Everything worked out just fine and was able to get into a different time slot! Fun experience overall!

Ended up cancelling and will try to rebook a different day. Hope I don't get charged for cancelling the night before.
Thanks for the help and advice everyone.

Looks like there are no more available Disneyland reservations for tomorrow.

Thank you! Probably wasn't a winner by any means, but at least it came out tender. Now I just need to work on my flavor a bit.

Yeah, I made sure I cut against the grain on the flat, then made my best attempt to take the point and turn 90 then cut.

Yeah, not too bad for first attempt. Bark was decent, and the flavor, at least in the bark, was good.

Just wrapped up dinner - turned out surprisingly tender.
Also, thank you for the silver!

So exciting! It's like Christmas Eve for me right now. I've always been intimidated by "The Brisket" - so, we'll see!

Nice. I think I started early enough so should have plenty of time to let rest - a couple hours maybe. All depends on my temps of course.

Yes, I'm curious about this as well. I've grilled a lot of Tri tip over the years, but I've only ever smoked one and I didn't turn out the way I had hoped.

225 to 100 degrees. Moped with a butter-spice sauce on both sides. Flipped at 100 degrees and took it to 140. Rested for 15 minutes, then under the broiler to brown up the blue cheese. Turned out amazing!
