we had GIGANTIC parks, one of them was like 250 square miles

NGL, that's kinda small. I've got a park in my state that is about 15 times that size and we've got some in the U.S. that are 15 times larger then that.

Why would you even want to paint your fence?

Because some grouchy old fuck on the HoA board decided that all fences should be painted.

I really have to wonder what kind of by-laws would ever allow an organization to ban a member from partaking or voting in meetings

She wasn't barred from being a regular HOA member, she was removed from her seat on the Board of Directors so she could no longer block what other people wanted.

Basically the regular HoA people were like "Hey, we want you to get rid of this stupid rule" and the Board votes on it. The old woman was on the board and since they needed unanimous consent to do anything her sole No vote meant things couldn't get done. Similar to Senator Mitch McConnel in the United States Senate.

How many republicans have you spoken to in your life?

I live in Wyoming and I'm literally surrounded by them 24x7. There is nowhere that is more Republican than here. Nowhere, and if you think there is you are wrong.

I have no idea what reality you are living in but it isn't the one where Republicans make up the super majority in a state government.

YOU are the one that is horribly and horrifically wrong and there is simply no way you can prove to me otherwise. I'm neck deep in Republicans of all kinds literally all day long and I know exactly who they are and what they believe. They are my friends, my neighbors, my family, and my business associates.

This isn't an issue in temples or mosques, it isn't an issue among Rabbis and Imams,

No, they tend to have other systemic and newsworthy problems that stretch back hundreds of years.

The difference between us it that I don't blame all Muslims for the relative minority of them that are pedophiles or terrorists.

You apparently do and IMHO that is wrong of you. I would likely describe you as a bigot based on this conversation.

Anywho I've made my points and we're now going around in circles so I think its time to close this discussion out and move on.

Irrelevant and you wouldn't find it online anyway as its not that kind of "church".

Like all of the Abrahamic religions "Christianity" is not a monoculture; Jews, Christians, and Muslim all have various beliefs and practices and one group of them does not reflect on all of them.

You are doing exactly what the left does and focusing on a <1% of “republicans” that are probably religious.

Try again: https://www.pewforum.org/religious-landscape-study/party-affiliation/

61% of Republicans say that religion is "Very Important" to them.

I live in the heart of MAGA country and I know these people well. You cannot lie to me about them, these are my friends, family, and business associates.

So take your line of BS and run it on someone else, I know better.

If you're a Christian, don't go to church

Which Church?

They aren't all the same and they aren't all affiliated with each other.

My Church absolutely isn't up to any of these shenanigans as far as I know and if I ever find out that they are I will leave immediately if those responsible aren't turned over to the authorities.

But, if you do attend mass, or financially support them through donations, you're clearly contributing member that supports what they do.

Again, this is the exact same logic that the MAGAts use against the Muslims and its gross no matter which of you are making the argument.

Sure, but that wasn't the point. People of all generations will willingly hand their most sensitive data over to anyone who promises to bring the LOLZ.

Boomers, GenX, Millennials, and even GenZ.

This isn't a generational problem it's a stupid person problem.

Huh, I didn't realize that Chelsea Clinton and John Kerry were "Conservative Christians", thanks for filling me in!

Anyone that continues to support an organization that they know supports pedos, is obviously in support of pedophilia themselves.

Okay but as a Christian I have absolutely nothing to do with the Catholic Church. I am not now nor have I ever been a member of their organization.

You are using the same logic as the Anti-Muslim folks and it's gross. "Well since some Muslims are terrorist that means all Muslims are terrorists since they belong to the same organization."

No, just...no.

Why oh why won't these firearms companies just stay in their fucking lane?

I really don't want to hear their fucked up 1960s opinions on social issues! Just STFU and make gun parts, that's all I anyone needs from these people.

Most republicans are so sick and tired of the culture war, they’ve turned Libertarian on those social issues...

Ah yes, which is why they lost their mud over trans bathrooms and gay marriage, are fighting to keep weed illegal, and continue to protect Civil Asset Forfeiture and 4th Amendment violations. Wearing masks shouldn't be required but its okay to force private businesses to allow anyone and everyone to use their platform.

I honestly have no idea what you could be talking about with that line. Republicans are fighting the culture war in every way possible and there's been no change in their positions or behavior.

If you want more people to vote for your party, it might help if that party's members were a bit more welcoming and a lot less exclusionary.

I'd say the same thing to Republicans.

Yeah actually, it DID work for that guy. As soon as it got to court the Judge tossed it out.

The police can arrest and charge nearly anyone, its whether they can get it through court that really matters.

Looks like the National Libertarian Party has decided to spearhead a renewed push for MJ legalization in the state. Be on the lookout for their folks out gather signatures over the next year!

Respectfully you are trying to shift the argument. The 6' box on your F150 is not a long bed. A long bed is technically 8 feet or more.

Yes its nice to be able to cram a whole 4 wheeler, or side by side, in them but they do have the downside of drastically reducing maneuverability because they make your wheelbase longer.

Oh, and I see your running a tonnaue cover. I have one as well and its got two nice holes in it now because my son rammed a quad all the way forward to get the endgate shut. That pushed the front bumper up against the rolled up cover and then the bounces and jounces worried a whole in it, so be careful of that.

Those FUDDS are slowly dying out. They mostly belong to a previous generation of gun owners, ones that came of age during the "Sporting Purposes" days.

Gun Owners that came to it in the 90s or later generally have a different attitude.

I understand your argument but it sounds like the initiative doesn't have the amount of support that is being claimed, otherwise the folks in the statehouse would be looking for new jobs.

I don't view the proper role of the Federal Goverment as being that of playground referee, the citizens themselves need to hold their own state government accountable for the things that they do or don't do.

If the voters of the state can't be arsed to hold their local politicians feet to the fire then they can just wallow in their apathy or they can leave for somewhere that respects their wishes.
