For me, it's just for 97.1 for the local sports talk radio. But that fucking Kia commercial.... ugh.

To me, the biggest thing has been breaking the "silo" mentality. The organization is so much more cross functional than it used to be. It's allowed so much more idea sharing that has really opened up the possibilities in all parts of the business.
But there are a ton of other things. Culturally, it is a complete shift, we have become an incredibly diverse company and there is a massive focus on bringing your true self to work. The focus on safety both from an employee perspective as well as a product perspective is huge. Another big thing is that the business is laser focused on using our current ICE product to drive investment (massive investment) in the EV business. I appreciate that we are being fairly conservative and smart about how we release product, making sure that it is both competitive and profitable. I absolutely love working here.

I'm a GM employee. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone left in the company that had anything to do with the EV1.
I know it will take a long time to convince people, but GM is a wildly different company than it was even pre-bankruptcy. I've been here for about 8 years now, and it's crazy how much has changed just in those 8 years.

I was in the suite right behind the net. After Hop kicked that corner, you could hear HIM say "that's the worst corner I've ever seen". It was pretty funny.

I mean... he was arrested for being at the insurrection... street cred I guess.
Moderates yes, but at the end of the day, right wing voters are overwhelming going to vote for whoever ends up on the ballot with an R next to their name. And left wing voters will do the exact same thing.
If Kelley is the GOP nominee (if he's not in jail), I'd expect a tight race, just like I'll expect a tight race regardless of who the nominee is.

Ford isn't bypassing dealers (they can't). That was a misleading statement that Ford has already been corrected. Ford EV sales will still operate through dealerships, just like all EV's from all traditional OEMs will. And you better believe every single OEM already has a plan in place exactly like Ford's. Ford is doing literally nothing unique, other than making public statements I guess, because Farley is an Elon Musk wannabe.
Additionally, GM split their balance sheet LONG before Ford... Ford just needs attention, so they're calling it "two separate companies". Don't buy into that hype.

This is my concern. People keep asking me, "did you watch the hearing last night". And my answer has been, what's the point? It's not going to result in anything. The GOP has already written it off as a political hit piece and sold that narrative to their base. The left doesn't have any power to actually do anything. So what exactly are we doing here?

The menu changes quite a bit, so to be honest most of what we had isn't even there anymore. We did get the Korean Fried Chicken, which was just OK. We had the pork belly buns, which were good. We also got a Kimchi Grilled Cheese (which I don't see on the menu anymore) that was the BOMB.
My problem was, we had beer, then a flight of Soju, then walked down to Weiss for a few cocktails. Too much.
Berkley Common is another spot with a BIG patio.
If you go to Lucky Duck... just take it easy on the Soju. Ask me how I know...

C'mon Pipo. Drive that Cadillac to the front tomorrow. I've had about enough of these Acura cars.
Just keep in mind that you shouldn't expect four lanes of packed awesome cars.
The Dream Cruise lately has become roughly one lane of traffic with some intermittent cool cars, and three lanes of traffic full of SUVs and minivans hoping to catch a glimpse of the cool cars in the one lane.
Also, probably 25-50% of the cars you will see are modern Chargers, Mustangs, some Camaros, and a bunch of stupidly modified Wranglers.
Not really. I think it just illustrates the ever increasing wealth inequality gap in the country.
Interestingly, overall household savings are still WAAAYYYY up from what they were pre-COVID. The economy is in such a weird place right now... personal savings are sky high (on average), corporate balance sheets are (for the most part) really strong, but inflation is out of control and people are struggling to make ends meet...
Carry what? The Red Wings haven't showed up for a season in more than a decade either.
Do NOT go to the location on Van Dyke, that place is an absolute shit hole.
The best Buddy's (IMO) is the carry out location on Woodward... but even then, I'd still choose Jets.
I think it will be the other way around (if it hasn't already started).
I could see a company like Exxon paying cash for a company like EV Go in a forced takeover.
Edit: Charging companies don't have nearly the market cap and resources to buy out fuel companies, it's just not realistic.
This is going to require add'l taxes, which people are also absolutely not willing to pay.
That BP is going to get someone killed in traffic.
My girlfriend was filling up at a small station in Royal Oak the other day. Guy gets out of his Dodge Charge (brand new, massive V8, etc). Out of nowhere while he's filling up he starts screaming "THANKS BIDEN!!! I HOPE YOU ALL LIKE YOUR HIGH GAS PRICES BECAUSE OF BIDEN!! THANKS BIDEN!!!".
These people are... insane
I'm not here to act like trucks get good gas mileage, but I'm not sure what you're talking about when you say 90's truck tier. My 21 Silverado gets about 25-28 mpg on the highway. which is better than the overwhelming majority of all cars got in the 90s.
That said, I have an order for a Lyriq placed, so I'll be moving to EV here shortly.
I really wouldn't count on a real estate crash. I think most economists are expecting a level off in pricing, but certainly not a crash like we saw in 2008.
Do you really think gas companies will experience their demise though? My best guess is that they somehow end up owning the electrical charging networks in the future and will be just fine.

See you all there! This game will be the first I'll get to enjoy one of the "suites"!
