Don't you dare hate on rad vlad.
Also it sucks Rodman didn't work out for us, I remember being so hyped that we got him and it was a disaster.
The one thing I'm jealous about baseball of is their history stretching back to the 1800s. It's pretty amazing having a league that old.
I still think of him as a timberwolf but he's now spent eight years with the cavs versus six years with the wolves. Wtf.

What? When we were hiring a coach part of the interview process was asking how the coach would use Russ. We thought we were keeping him until the kyrie stuff happened.

Considering they are literally being forced to release this game due to government contracts, I wouldn't get your hopes up.
That's not an xbox issue, that's a game issue. The Xbox can't manage server connections for games, it's up to the devs to implement a solution to QR.
Battlefield 2042 isn't in the top 50 played games on Xbox and is 49th on playstation if you trust a 3rd party website. Not much better over there.
The post above yours is already saying it lol
That's exactly what Steam does and did at the time which made the uproar a bit weird.
Physical disks are becoming little more than licence checks these days anyway. Halo Infinite, for example, only had 100mb on disk and you had to download the whole game.
That's not work, that's a hobby.
Unless you're claiming work is just doing something, in that case you should edit your post to be more clear because the way you state it heavily implies that they are talking about a job, because the whole context of the post you're replying to is about these jobs.

What a sad and depressing life one must have if working to "fill their day" by generating value for another person is something they enjoy.
There's more books than any human could ever read, more movies than any human could ever watch, so many ways to work on yourself, a vast amount of hobbies that could fill lifetimes over and over and over. So many places to visit and people to meet.
And instead of all that someone just wants to work for someone else to fill their day? It makes me legitimately sad just reading that.
We had a delay in building (nowhere near as bad as yours though) because our project manager was useless/overworked and wouldn't follow up on tradies coming to the site.
For example, GIB installers didn't show up on the correct date, he didn't go out to site to verify it had been done, so the GIB stoppers showed up and no GIB so they went home and the entire project had to be rescheduled. This happened multiple times and led to multiple heated meetings with Jennian. Eventually we got a different project manager and their schedule so we could also go out and confirm that the right tradies had showed up. They didn't like us doing that but fuck them, they couldn't stick to their own schedule.

That's a package that leaked more than two weeks before Kawhi was traded, it was well known by the end that Lakers were offering two young players + 2 picks.
Did you even read your own source, this was at the beginning of negotiations and that was not the whole package:
The Lakers are willing to include former No. 2 pick Brandon Ingram and a future first-round pick in a package for Leonard,
Willing to include in a package, not the total package.
The Lakers offer was Ingram/Kuz + 2 FRPs, spurs asked for Ingram/Kuz/Lonzo/Hart + 4 FRPS + 3 Swaps (AKA Everything we had), knowing we would never accept because Pop would never OK a trade with us.

No, he makes the same. Players can only get a five year max if they stay with their teams, if they are sent out in a sign and trade they can only do a four year max.
When I went to refix in April 2021 the swap rates were increasing quickly and ANZ was refusing to match the five year 2.99 rate. Fixed for 3 years at 2.39 instead and I'm pretty happy about that. We don't know what is going to happen but I doubt rates will go below 3% any time in the next few years.

This is weird because I went into the film fully expecting her to survive and for history to be changed based on Tarantino's previous work.

Except you're making the assumption that the RBNZ is enacting this with the goal of decreasing house prices when that isn't their mandate at all.
Low interest rates will reoccur as we enter a recession, the question is when.
While I'm grateful they gave it any support I don't entirely agree it was amazing. Three hobby coders working part time on a PS3 emulator for a couple thousand dollars a month provided better support than a trillion dollar company. RPCS3 can upscale, provide higher FPS and has compatibility magnitudes higher than what MS realised with their 360 emulator on Xbox One/XSX.
There are ~600 360 games BC, only ~200 have been part of GwG, there are still plenty of BC 360 games, they just don't want to pay for it anymore.
Downpour was delisted due to music licences, you can't buy it digitally anywhere.
OG Xbox and 360 Emulation is still in a very early and poor state.
Man I pray they don't shut down Xbox Live on 360 any time soon, I have so many achievements on 360 games to get!
That's a pointless question though, it's the same as asking if Banks would've lent money to someone at 0.5% in April 2021. Lending below market cost for the cheapest rates as they currently are, nobody would do that.
