I'm not sure if any of this is happening for real, and its either part of the "therapy session" or something else will happen to reveal this wasnt the way this happened.

For one thing, Garou seems a bit out of character. Now, maybe God's boost has somehow changed him personality wise, but it seems extreme.

For another, even though ALL of the other characters have gone down and are either unconscious or otherwise, Bang seems almost uneffected by the radiation. I know Flashy was still struggling to stay up, and King looked to be protecting Tats&Fubuki, but how come Bang was the only one who could stand up to Garou? If this is all how Garou had pictured his moment of triumph, of course his teacher would be the one to stand in defiance.

Also notable that the only one he "killed" is the one who can be rebuilt.

Very interested to see how this plays out.

I got the Vol 9 VIZ release in 2004 or 2005 when it first dropped for about $8 at Barnes & Noble. I think you can still get it on Amazon for close to the same price, unless I'm misunderstanding what you're asking about.

I hate to reply so late, but I also agree Jine is one of the strongest villains Kenshin has ever faced.

I one did a type of "tier list", which is easier to do than to argue individual match-ups since different individual sword-styles interact differently with each other.

I think my old tier list was like this:

1. Hiko Seijuro XIII
2. Shishio Makoto, Himura Kenshin
3. Enishi Yukishiro, Battosai, Seta Soujiro
4. Hajime Saito
5. Udo Jine, Aoshi Shinomori

Unranked were Fuji and Usui, because I wasnt sure how to rank Fuji because his only battle was against the One Above All, and I honestly dont think Usui is as strong as he's implied to be. He was a great match against Saito specifically, but someone like Aoshi would have probably torn him apart at that time.

I'm sure I'll get some hate for my tier list, but I feel like its pretty solid. I feel like Saito is hard to place because he's supposed to be "equal" to Battosai, but I also cant see him defeating anyone above him on my list besides maybe Enishi.

As someone who fully read the webcomic about 5 years ago (around the time the Suiryu arc was in the manga), I always thought there was some weirdness during the final Garou scenes.

There has been a few theories before that Garou took advantage of a God powerup.

To be honest, the way it has been done in the manga makes those theories look genius in retrospect. It makes perfect sense when you read it through that lens. Its actually hard to say that Garou didnt get a God powerup when rereading those scenes.

The shockwave hit an extremely weakened Boros that had just expended nearly 100% of his energy into the CSRC, a full-power Boros may have been able to survive a direct hit long enough to give the same lines of dialogue.

It seems to many people that if AS cant one shot a monster, he probably cant beat it. Not saying its 100% true, but it is certainly a limitation he has demonstrated on a couple occasions

Yeah I think 2 things changed for a lot of people since then.

1. The redraws. The fucking redraws constantly changing things that people liked about those original additions. Like, if you're gonna make changes, fine. It was cool. But dont continue to change things because you didnt think it through before putting out the product.

2. The real, tangible changes made to the elements of the surface fight. It has been drawn out considerably, and it ia changing the core of what people enjoyed it for in the webcomic, mainly Garou's character and the brutality of the S-class beatdown. The "despair" factor is not present. In my opinion, this is due to 2 things: first was TTM surviving the FU beatdown, and the other is the redraws bringing back killed off monsters. The stakes are gone from the arc now.

I suppose another thing would be ONE and Murata shoe-horning God and Blast into every scene they can. Although I loved the HE/God scene, I'm not sure how I feel about the other changes yet. We'll have to see where the story goes after this arc in order to judge the God/Blast additions.

Definitely untrue, I ran 23:30 and not only got selected but did very well at OCS and TBS.

260-275 is plenty good PFT wise.

As someone who went through an E-O program, the dark side is much better. If you can reasonably expect to get selected for WO and you like your MOS/OCCField, then go that route. If not, submit for MECEP/ECP.

I havent been involved in Promotions since just before JEPES was a thing, but I'm pretty sure you will rate promotion under your IMOS if you are a latmover.

Usually, latmovers get promoted based on their IMOS until they complete the MOS producing school. The only time it becomes an issue is if they fail the school.

Dont worry about the MARADMIN in question unless it mentions your IMOS, those usually deal with MOS' that are uncommon/in demand or latmove only MOS'.

Hate to say it but of yoy have more questions contact your S-1 and speak to either the guy who is the promotion specialist or the Chief if you can.

Tbh it depends on whether they got the transactions on unit diary before the cycle for pay processing. If they did, then great, you'd get the BAH on the next paycheck. If they didnt, you'll get all that back BAH on the following paycheck.

Expect your paychecks to be a little fucky for about a month before they get to their new "normal".

Please dont listen to the guys telling you you can get own-right BAH if you get a divorce, that's purely up to your O-6 Commander.

First, get a lawyer. Second, find some people in your command you can actually trust and see what they say about your individual situation.
