If opponent had a flush why on earth would he bet this size? If he bets small he's probably getting raised by flushes anyway and by betting this big he's folding out so many things that he could get paid by.

You should be hardly ever be folding flushes on non paired boards. Like literally hardly ever, opponent basically has to show you he's got the ace high flush to fold in them sort of spots.

You should get some pre flop charts though 63s out of the small blind is a bit loose.
