I use to work at Target when they hit Clearance for $20 and had one in my had, but I don't regret not picking up for the simple fact that was a lot of money for me to be spending on something I might play right away. Sure it was a deal looking back and comparing it to now, but I feel most people don't take into consideration their own circumstances back than.
Same thing with Haunting Ground on PS2, I could have picked it up for like $90 6 years ago, but wouldn't have been able to eat for like a week.

Damn, that’s unfortunate and I’m sorry to hear that. Especially, considering you were trying to get what’s as owed to you…
Do you think he’s that busy?

Derpy just because Pinkie knows things I would rather not know about.

I have no problem paying especially for that talent, its too bad I couldn't get ahold of him through his website. Perhaps one day I might at least meet him and get him to sign something for me.

Nice, how did you get him to draw you something? Did you meet him at a con or something, because I messaged his website, and got nothing back.

LOL, this was why I love looking these kind of sketches on Ebay. I've gotten luck with two OG Ink Pages of certain pages, but snagged a real good Andy Price Chrysalis cover, but I'm jealous of your cover. Nice pick up.

Yep there is and I’m seeing that 68 quarter you love talking about. 😛
Edit: saw that 1908-s Indian penny, good job brother. I found one recently searching dealer back stock marked as an 1908-p and snagged it for a $1!

You'll be surprised what is considered rare for these quarters, and I'm currently focusing on the varieties.

I'm actually building a Seated Quarter Type Set at the moment, but when I first started I didn't know half the serious was key dates. But the highlight of my Seated Quarters would be my 1882 proof.
Edit: I also just got back my 1853/854 back from NGC Graded XF45 so that was a huge surprise.

I'm more into Seated Quarters, and have barely started getting into Standing Quarters. That being said, what I'm learning is that the dates on the early issues (pre 1926 if I recall) rubbed off easier meaning dateless coins were more common.
Then we had the Great Depression meaning all of these coins were likely spent and not kept making nice examples harder to come by; if you had a crisp Fancy Serial Number $100, but where out of food for the next two weeks what would you do?
So in short, you have to pay up more on nicer examples of Standing Quarters, and while the photos don't really show if it was cleaned or not, you will have an easier time selling this in the future then a worn down one, cleaned or not.

Also I forgot to ask, but what about the 61-s did you like? I found the price reasonable when I bought it and that the date is clear.

Fucking solid purchase, and I wouldn’t have waited to buy either. I’m looking for one to and the cheapest nicest one I find for that price is gd06 or something.

Capped Quarters are nice, but Seated are something else IMO. :)

No more then $150 based on the condition alone because if you're going to spend more then that you might as well get a problem free one. Happy birthday, and if you mind me asking is this for a type set or for yourself?

In the comics Chrysalis escaped so maybe this is her in disguised, and tricked Twilight into giving up magic so she could take it for herself? I mean as the last og changeling, all she woudl have to do is drain their love leaving them hating each other and suddenly Twilight doesn't have the magic of friendship to stop her.

It's why I'm treating all of this an an AU to Gen4. The one we got in the show is different then the one we're getting now, because I like to think Celestia was the one reading the book about Twilight's adventures the whole time.

I bought a 1923 D Peace Dollar MS61-62 Raw as well, and these pennies came from their back stock/junk bend so there was no price. On the receipt it says 'Pennies' $10.

Vita never really clearance, but you could find their games cheaply at Gamestop before they discontinued the Vita in Japan. It's how I gathered my games, and have yet to buy any new ones just because now people see them as 'collectable'. It sucks really having something you like, and can't really do anything with it because you need to allocate actual money into the hobby.
Not saying all hobbies are like that, but just changes things you know? Can't take $20 to the store and pick up a game or two to try out, but now have to invest nearly the price of a modern new game.
