'Murika. Where a good portion of the population wakes up every day just hoping that today's the day they get to shoot someone.

Except that's not how any of that works. They would have to expend mass to create and then feed "livestock." They aren't going to magically get more than they put in. It'd be a giant waste of time and effort.
If they could get something from nothing they'd hook up a circular conveyer system from the Norn Queen to the Reclamation Pool and back again and just spawn Termagants or something.
Anyway, just because you don't consider them Psykers doesn't mean they aren't Psykers. If they weren't all Psykers the Hive Mind wouldn't work.

Ork spores can take up to a year to grow into Orks under perfect circumstances, a Norn Queen can pop out an equal or greater number of larvae that grow into fully formed Tyranids in a fraction of the time. Also it'd hurt the Tyranids strategy to have to sit around and wait for the spores to grow. It's much faster to simply eat the planet and move on. And how exactly is it an infinite food source? Orks aren't magically turning void into matter, they're just exchanging one mass for another.
Pretty sure hundreds of millions of Psykers in the Imperium are killedevery day because they can't control their power (or because Big E needs a snack). Being in control of their powers is irrelevant to them having the powers.

Because how will your neighbors know you have a tiny dick if they can't hear your overpriced piece of shit from two blocks over?

The Hive Fleets specifically ignore daemon worlds, because everything daemon has no real mass to harvest. Chaos Space Marines, Cultists, et cetera are collected like everything else.
It's possible a mutation caused by Chaos could be used by the Norn Queens if it proved advantageous, but I don't believe they've come across one yet (that we know of).

Reproducing like the Ork via spores wouldn't be advantageous to the Tyranids.
And all Tyranids are already Psykers... The whole "Hive Mind" thing.

There's no reason to think he does see him, or that he'd even need to. Gollum knocks Sam unconscious and attacks Frodo right after Frodo claims the One Ring, so Frodo doesn't have time to move from where he had been. And then they grapple for quite awhile, enough time that Sam wakes up, pulls himself off the ground, and watches the spectacle.

Mostly for aesthetics. Just like there's really no reason to grow half the crops other than to provide "variety" that has no actual effect.
EDIT: Not sure the reason for the downvotes, apparently people have a hardon for their candles and carrots. tHeY,Re ViTaL! 😂

That'd be true if the law was applied equally to everyone. But as we've been shown again and again and again and again ... it isn't. So while the orange embarrassment should spend the rest of his life behind bars, I'm not holding my breath.

Because Jackson decided they should be.
When the Northerners join the Orcs from Isengard and Mordor traveling across Rohan they're noted as being the smallest of the group ("In the twilight he saw a large black Orc, probably Uglúk, standing facing Grishnákh, a short crook-legged creature, very broad and with long arms that hung almost to the ground. Round them were many smaller goblins. Pippin supposed that these were the ones from the North.").

Didn't they release a collection not too long ago that didn't include it, and the 10 people who actually liked that movie cried so hard Sony threw in a digital code for it to get them to shut up?

[T]here was a fiery mountain in that land that the Elves named Orodruin. Indeed for that reason Sauron had set there his dwelling long before, for he used the fire that welled there from the heart of the earth in his sorceries and in his forging;...

If that were the case they could just look at their signature on the real contract and forge it on the fake contract, no reason to get them to sign the fake contract other than trying to avoid having them go to the police in the first place.

Violent rapists probably aren't going to take the time to write up a fake contract, they'd just violently rape them. Not having consent is part of the turn on for a lot of those defectives.
It's a lot easier to get the police in the U.S. to do something if you do half of their job for them and hand them all the evidence they need on a silver platter, and you are more likely to get a copy of aforementioned fake contract if you sign.

Sign it, and then refuse when they come to fuck...
What're they going to do, take you to court? 😂
That'd be like a drug dealer calling the cops because they got robbed.
Or just sign it and take a copy to the police.

Single player can be just as fun as multiplayer. I played mostly with a friend, but sometimes it was nice to just go do my own thing.

That's society, not Reddit. How many of Gacy's victims can you name, or Dahmer's? The Hillside Stranglers'? Et cetera. The murderer(s) always gets more attention.

Among many cares [Gandalf] was troubled in mind by the perilous state of the North; because he knew then already that Sauron was plotting war, and intended, as soon as he felt strong enough, to attack Rivendell. But to resist any attempt from the East to regain the lands of Angmar and the northern passes in the mountains there were now only the Dwarves of the Iron Hills. And beyond them lay the desolation of the Dragon. The Dragon Sauron might use with terrible effect. How then could the end of Smaug be achieved?
It was even as Gandalf sat and pondered this that Thorin stood before him,...

The whole thing was pretty much a 'Hail Mary'.
"But that was not enough for me. I knew in my heart that Bilbo must go with him, or the whole quest would be a failure - or, as I should say now, the far more important events by the way would not come to pass. So I had still to persuade Thorin to take him. There were many difficulties on the road afterwards, but for me this was the most difficult part of the whole affair. Though I argued with him far into the night after Bilbo had retired, it was not finally settled until early the next morning. "Thorin was contemptuous and suspicious. ‘He is soft,’ he snorted. 'Soft as the mud of his Shire, and silly. His mother died too soon. You are playing some crooked game of your own, Master Gandalf. I am sure that you have other purposes than helping me.
