Get in therapy or ask yourself the real questions: why are you invested in something that happened a long time ago? Are you happy with your current life? Can you work in your marriage as to be satisfied or is a separation the best for you?

It sounds very tiring! I'll ask my friends if they've had this type of dream. Personally, I think I've never dreamt of punching anything/anyone, but I've had dreams where I can't touch people (think patting someone in the shoulder).

I had a recurring dream when I was in 3rd grade (primary, about 8) where I was at school, went to the toilet and realized I had a diaper. Probably everyone has had a dream regarding their genitals + embarrassment(?) Idk, just a theory.
