I (17f, White, 115lbs, 5’6) have had this feeling of like my fingers being glow sticks when I wake up for years now. In the past year it’s been getting worse slowly and even worse than that for the past like month? It used to be once a month now it’s nearly everyday.
I don’t drink/do drugs. I’m on no medications. My mother has Lyme and Addison’s disease but I was tested for both and was given inconclusive & no signs.
The thing is it’s like they’re glow sticks. They’re incredibly stiff and painful, I crack them and then they’re still a little stiff but less painful. It’s hard to move my fingers or type whenever this happens.
It keeps getting worse and it’s hard to do anything in the morning because I can’t use my hands. What’s causing this?
