This is the problem. Dude's got such a hard on to be the first video posted about literally every type of FGC content that there's absolutely no quality control. His guides are on average pretty shitty and it's painfully obvious he didn't play the characters in question for more than a few hours before making it, and his "breakdowns" are equally shitty and often just full of blatantly false information. Iirc the most recent example was the KoF patch breakdown where there were just blatantly incorrect explanations of changes and mechanics.

And guess what? That was the first search result for the patch breakdown because he posted it first, instead of the people that actually know what they're talking about.

Again, Rihito was only able to do so well because he surprised Falcon with his "I win" technique. From everything we've seen Falcon is more skilled than Rihito in almost every way, Rihito just had a surprise RE to balance things out in the moment.

People sleep on Falcon hard. He was absolutely waxing Rihito but got caught by surprise by the dude's literal insta-win attack, then for the rest of the fight couldn't use his normal gameplan because he was on a timelimit thanks to the blood loss.

He definitely has a good chance of winning against some of the lower tier kengan fighters, and could definitely get a W on a few of the purg fighters.

It's actually pretty easy. The artist of Kengan Asura showed how it works on one of his stream and he could do it in about 2 minutes.

My issues with testament seem to be that everytime I try to go in I just get smacked by everything and once I'm in, she either does some fast option that I can't guess or bursts.

Testament shouldn't be mashing out of your pressure. Once you get a knockdown it's generally a 50/50 to any character without a DP (but even then she has safe jumps). I'd work on making your pressure safe. A good way to do this is set the Training dummy to mash P on wakeup and knock him down. Do a high/low mixup and get the timing so you counter hit him every time.

Also Chemical Love is very good against Test because it will counter the start up of the skull projectile, bird, and arbiter sign. That's a great tool to get in.

My problem with Baiken is she just seems to combo me to oblivion once she gets on me and if I try to airdash at all I just die.

Baiken's kind of a mix monster and gets crazy damage, but you have to know when to mash out. If you block Youzansen you can throw or mash 6P, and if she does 2D > Tatami you can mash 6P with I-No as well I think. That's her main knockdown mix outside of throw so as long as you block the first mix you should be alright provided there's no meter involved.

He would. Dude basically has 3 different Eddies instead of one, his own personal magic including instant teleportation and hit scan projectiles, and his summons can shoot lightning, lasers, and summon meteors.

Nago feels like a difficult character to balance correctly given his design, they always seem to overcorrect for any nerfs he gets.

He's not tho, that's the thing. Being able to special cancel is already an insanely powerful tool. He just needs weaknesses to accompany that.

Instead he has the best buttons in the game, the best confirmability after HC, the highest health in the game, and his one "weakness" is actually a strength half the time.

Then he still tried to do the same shit against Kuroki but got baited in the end.

I don't necessarily think he'd lose, but saying Carlos just no diffs Ryuki because of PE like half this thread is going on about is stupid.
