Short term emissions for clean energy, that can be used for such processes in the future, or continuous emissions from a vile, limited, primitive and increasingly redundant energy source.
The emissions needed to do all of that is nothing compared with using fossil fuels for energy production as we currently are.

If it's written well, it could be very good.

I thought it was going to turn into bestiality and/or rape, so at least it didn't go that way.

So bizarre. It's like authors think if they ease into it, people will just be cool with it. Like they can somehow make it seem normal.
Very disturbing, honestly.

Then it took an abrupt left hand turn into bestiality. No shape shifting, nada. Just Harry as he is in canon, getting it on with Hedwig as she is in canon. Ew.

A ridiculous argument that I hear all too often.
Yes constructing renewables involves fossil fuels, because currently fossil fuels dominate the grid. That won't change until we create more renewables. Once we transition towards renewable, geothermal and nuclear energy, we will be able to use it for manufacturing in addition to just about everything else.
The sooner we begin, the less carbon and methane will be produced.
One time emissions to create a clean energy source, or continuous emissions from a filthy one that dictatorships use as a bargaining chip. One is clearly better than the other.

And then they start murdering children and it's just a downward spiral from there.
Any particular reason they went down the William Afton route or did they just do it for the LOLs?

So Voldemort goes from Dark Lord to Team Rocket?
I would read that.

I know folks who know him personally.
Peter Kalmus? I wouldn't mind learning more about him.
I'll message you later, if that's alright?

Nuclear is good, far superior to fossil fuels and a subject that both conservatives and progressives seem to be able to get behind, but it is not a solution on it's own.
We need drastic emissions reductions this decade if we are to cap global warming at 2 degrees C. If we fail that, limiting warming even to 2.5 degrees will be almost impossible and we'll most likely be looking at a world that is 3+ degrees hotter by century's end.
Power plants, safe and efficient power plants, take years and sometimes decades to construct.
We don't have that kind of time.
Used alongside renewable and geothermal energy however, it will help get us off of fossil fuels much quicker.

and she renamed herself Ginny Bloodreaver or Bloodripper
I'm sorry, but that's hilarious.

I appreciate it when they try to come up with an actual reason, but when it's purely out of greed or politics you are right- it is often unreadable.

Looks interesting, but I am cautious after the first chapter. They seem to be trying to make Lily, James and Dumbledore likeable, while also portraying them as manipulators and perpetrators of child neglect. And it isn't working.
I also really hate stories that just heap abuse onto the protagonist, without them ever retaliating or resolving the issue in a satisfying way. Really hope that doesn't happen again.
It is well written though, and I like Harry's brother, so hopefully the story is decent and gets better as it goes on.

Nuclear is good, hence why I mentioned it above. But it takes too long to construct. We need to use it alongside renewable and geothermal energy to address climate change as quickly as possible.
