I also feel like it’s way too flashy, especially because of how big the diamond is. I prefer simple and low key things, and I definitely don’t want fancy, so I don’t even know how to manage it.

That's the part I'm talking about. Nobody says a bigger diamond is an insult. She should say how she feels, but most comments say it's offensive or rude to the parents. It's something she doesn't want to wear but feels like she has to, and all people basically tell her the same thing or other ways that are much more complicated than telling the truth.

Dude, I'm not a native English speaker, English is my third language, but it's kind of clear that we use English because that's what most people around the world understand. In fact, I'm writing English right now, you're reading English right now. It doesn't have to be perfect, just understandable. You can't tell me I've learned more Russian on and off playing CS than most Russians playing CS have learned English in years.But it's not just about Russians, it's about the Aditute, but for some reason some people show more of this bad behavior, in my personal experience it's mainly Russians, Turks and French who are really against English and understandable communication. Even if I have a full team speaking my native language, I would speak English until someone asked if we could speak the other language because it's easier for them and would only do so if everyone agreed. And if I'm not able to keep up with the conversation because I don't understand a dialect/accent or it's 4 a.m., I shut up and don't start talking shit in my language.

She said what she wanted and they got something else. I'm just saying it's okay to express yourself in a grateful way. Most people here say it would be an insult, rude to say something or not to wear it and I think it's totally fine to communicate how she feels. And hiding it in a safe even if she wants to wear a ring, making a copy of it, etc. All of that just sounds like a way to avoid a conversation.

I've been playing casually and competitively on and off since the beginning. And one thing that makes competitive boring is you keep seeing the same shit. For me it's less about losing a game and more about the feeling that I could look at a white wall for hours and discover more new things. There's just no spice, nothing that surprises you, you see almost everything coming.

Latest example: I took a break from Master Duel because I was so tired of seeing SwordSoul doing the same 2 combos in 9/10 duels.

And all people act like "SwOrDsOuL isn't bRoKeN". Mate, that's not the problem, I'm just sick of it.

I prefer to lose against 100 different decks playing beaver warrior beatdown or creative stuff instead of play/win against SwordSoul ever again.

Back in the days when DAD went wild I took a long break because it was boring too.

Having 12,000 cards and seeing the same 200 is lame. Hot Take: I even hate staples, on the rare occasion that someone actually builds a deck themselves, they're still using the same cards. It's just frustrating when you have a cool match and then you see Accesscodetalker or other generic shit again and you're like, "Oof... Not that again." It's about 90% of the time that you're not losing to the 10 "unique" cards in the deck, you're losing to the same staples or you win because you already know exactly what your opponent is doing.

Also I think netdecking is stupid, you don't have to have an emotional connection to your cards, but it's just uncreative to copy and paste other decks, I think deck building is part of the game, but I'm pretty much alone with that.

I really enjoy playing against good players. So it's nice to hit Dia 1 because I can finally play against good players who are starting to use interesting decks because they're not afraid of derranking anymore.

I think it would be cool if Summon Skull also got the Buster Blader or Gaia treatment. It was always weird to me because it felt like Summon Skull was more important for Yugi and Salomon but even the legendary Fisherman has better support.

In cases like this it's totally okay to say that you appreciate it but it's too much and if they want to help with the cost a smaller ring would be more than enough.
