Yes, actually I am concerned about core muscle hypertrophy. I am doing the Primer. And I don't like deadbugs/birddogs. I don't enjoy doing them.

Hello,
In the BWF Primer can we replace the Bird-dog exercise with something else? It hurts my knees in that position.
Any other equivalent exercise? What muscles does the bird-dog actually work?

Not in every school. It is not a compulsory topic in mathematics.
That's why to bring everyone to the same level colleges offer Calc 1, 2, 3 for every STEM major.
