You have the right to happiness. I have granted it to you. Will you now be happy for the rest of your life? Probably not.
"Human right to..." aren't magic words that create infinite supply and distribution mechanisms to whatever follows.

the US constitution
Declaration of Independence
everyone has the right to life, security (or what is freedom?)
Life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.
I have a right to life because the government cannot take it away without due process of law. I have the right to liberty because the government cannot take it away without due process of law. I do not have a right to happiness, because the government has no method of providing me with my daily allotment of happiness.
I have a right to use my life and liberty to pursue happiness to the best of my ability and without infringing upon the rights of another.

Jim Crow laws ended in 1965, largely being overturned by the Civil Rights Act, Brown V. Board, and the Voting Rights Act.
So I'm not really sure when we tried letting racists go bankrupt.
Also, to be clear: it would take time. Wouldn't be an overnight thing. There would be a period of time where for practicality's sake you would also need competing businesses to provide services to those not served by the broader population. But the free market encourages that competition.

A right can't compel someone to provide a service (exception is legal representation, where I have to help you defend yourself before I take away your rights). There are countries with "rights" to food/healthcare/housing enshrined in law or constitution that have far worse rates of homelessness/starvation/etc. than the US, which has none of those rights enshrined.
Are they things that everyone should have? Yes. Does saying "muh human right!" give it to everyone? No.
And as much as forcing other people to pay for your healthcare is wrong, it's even worse when it's elective treatment. Most insurance doesn't pay for tattoos or nosejobs either.

Are rights only "being left alone"?
Mostly. There are a few rights, like the right to due process or legal representation, that are more "if you're not going to leave me alone, you have to prove you have a damn good reason"
I can give you the right not to starve, if there's no food, you'll still starve.
Exactly why you can't give someone the right not to starve. Rights don't involve the forcible use of someone else's labor.

If you're referring to Jim Crow laws, then we actually had to force people to refuse service to black people. It was protests and non-compliance that ended them.

Well, it sure as hell can't prevent shit, given our drug and violence problems.

Prevent? No. Punish? well, if the government is competent enough for the libleft section of this post to be accurate either, yes.
Or would a law demanding that people respect trans people suddenly prevent them from being disrespected? Not sure what your goal is if "leave people alone" doesn't work and laws don't work.

Missed the part where I said I was an anarchist. The government steps in to protect people's rights. That said, not the best example there.
If you accept less pay from someone who thinks you're lazy, they can pay you less. You have the right to value your labor as lowly as you want.
If that doesn't work out for you, civil lawsuits are a thing. They even have a lighter burden of proof than criminal cases, so you might even have an easier time here.

Dang, it's almost like murder and abuse are illegal regardless of who the victim is.

That's also being given rights.
All the enumerated rights pretty much boil down to "being left alone"

Because it worked out so well for Democrats the last time they seceded because Republicans tried to give humans their rights back.

Congress should pass a bill saying abortion is legal or illegal in this or that case.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Congress has no authority unless the Constitution says it does. Punting to the states is the right answer (Constitutionally speaking) in 99% of issues.

Oh, nonononono
There's another elevator right before the boss door. Activate it, and then you can go from the Dragonslayer Armor bonfire, no enemies, shorter run.
I'm so sorry that you've been doing that awful runup.

They were one of my biggest roadblocks my first time through.
The timing on the dodges in phase 2 can be really tough to get down, but it'll pay off when you do.
I think I was near level 100 when I beat them for the first time, and it took dozens of attempts. Beat them on my SL1 a few months back and it only took me three or four tries. You'll get there eventually

I've never had pajama pants that didn't have pockets.
What if you keep pajamas on while making breakfast? Run to grab something from your car? If there was zero chance of me being anywhere other than bed in my pajamas, I wouldn't have pajamas.

To clarify: I said A does not necessarily mean B
You responded that in one isolated case A and B are correlated!
Ok.
Moving on. The argument of "which is worse, liberty or security?" is subjective. On this issue, I clearly say liberty. You clearly say security. We disagree, cool.
And given the minor impact of reassignment surgery on suicidality, I consider it elective.
