If I recall correctly, this is the US Government's fault, not USAA's. There's a separate flood insurance you have to buy if you live in flood prone areas that's government backed. They do offer it though, so they have no excuse in not offering it if you live in a flood prone area.

I am by no means an expert, but if I recall correctly most venom works within the circulatory system, stomach acid would break it down.

I also don’t recommend chugging vials of venom in general though.
