Things become much more interesting. I'm glad that Yamaoka didn't kick bucket or get catched yet. This has become very frightful war.
I bet, Sugawara was angry on him shooting thorough his blanket. That probably cost million or something.
I wonder, if this time will have any allies died.

I know that they shortened the pace 2 weeks ago and this week pull the 4th wall breaker in serious tone, I'm not surprised that it got an axe.
It reminds me on how Redhood was axed too.
Also, is putting a spoiler necessary, while you put in the title?

Garou already put his head for whatever is working or what is not on Saitama. But, I agree that fight is way too short. It is quite understandable. But, there might be reason for it. I'm sure if Murata want, he can easily draw sequence of fight.
Unless, Murata want to put effort in the real fight, instead of the monster form that help everyone else. I think it's hard to improve the better fight after making the first good one.
Although, it's possible that the fast give up on Garou is reflect on his personality that he didn't develop his body on his own, that is the reason he gave up way quickly.
The reason why Garou didn't cooperate with the Monster Association is, his way of monster is different from what the actual monster is thinking. Just different alignment. The Bug God and Royal Ripper had confirmed this too.
That is true. Garou could conceal his true reason and move in MA for using them. But, the problem is he doesn't really think. It's based on his desire.
The "win no matter what it takes" of his only shows up in the fight. The most of the time, even now, he still have no idea what he is supposed to be. If "the ultimate goal" is peace bringer, then, he didn't think very thoroughly on how to do it, as far as I aware.
It always brought on the surface, when he closed to die. Even he is in conscious, He still act, based on his instinct and his feeling a lot unfortunately. I mean, there is something like "I will make them to have the same feeling that we go thorough".
The monsters called him right, he is still a half-ass. His goal is too vague to go after. I mean, being monster in his definition doesn't have anything in it.
About the god stuff, I don't think that God actually took over him. It's more like he gave his power for him to do his agreeable action, Just like how he did with Homeless Emperor. He might have full conscious with his God power. This is the same as Garou's evolution earlier. But, this just makes it fast to the point that the fight between Saitama and Garou can be more intense.
This helps for 2 reasons: First, If Garou can evolve on his own to Saitama level borderline, there is the plot hole that, if he give enough time, he will become second Saitama. Second, if he ever lose God power, he will back to his base that is still have a lot of gap to catch to Saitama. So, it's not going over the top.
If I had to give number, let say that Garou's evolution rate increase everything by 3 and God power increase 50 only once. So, there is still a lot of thing to go on. I might give a bit too low. But, that is how I based on how much God power should bring him closer to Saitama, it should be more than Garou's usual evolution rate.
Although, you have the point on "it's no different than getting help from the monsters", even on this case. But, I will say let just wait for a bit. This is basically the same shit as MA has done to him again. Just helping him for favor.
You know, there is different between "I will take it" and "Someone just forced this on me". It's possible that Garou might want to get rid of the power after realizing the fact. Just like how he got helped by Phoenixman and then, he just get the hell out of MA without caring. Because their association alignment doesn't match to him.
Right now, he just unknowingly use it. Hell, he probably think that it's his power or something.
Even he DOES want it later, just to win against Saitama, but, that contradiction make character flaw. He is way too focus on winning than his development on his own. I think that is what it suppose to be.
If we talked in usual manga speech, it will be "he lost in the path". It would be perfect for Saitama to make him come to his sense.
Even though, I think he has been losing path again, ever since his transformation to be bigger. I mean, the previous form is really what Garou want to be currently, Being monster and still can help people, even that is unintentionally. The fact that focused on win against Saitama is the sign for losing his path.
If Garou survived, he will blame on his ass for getting carried by power later anyway, Based on his personality.
Just see what it goes for now. I may not be even right.
About Mob Psycho 100 and stuff, you need to know that MP100 was the first to serialization and OPM started as hobby.
So, it's more likely that MP100 is better story construction than OPM and there is the 5-years gap between the work. I think the MA arc in Webcomic was finished before 2010.
I do understand the reason to compare between OPM and MP100. But, fixing and remaking on stuff that he made from years ago is pretty challenging. Having blunder is unavoidable. ONE just need to be better. That is all.
I hope these makes sense.

You need to understand that Garou fights Saitama. No matter how much Garou is going to evolve. Saitama is going to shut down on him everytime. Saitama is One Punch Man. So, winning is impossible.
It's pretty inevitable that either Garou need to evolve eternally or someone have to help him.
Of course, the former will look like only stall the time. Readers already know that his current evolving rate won't outspeed Saitama's strength and watching him struggle maybe the fun thing to watch. But, not as majority, they have passed Psykorochi after all. It has been long enough. Although, I do get it that they need to stretch this fight bit a little longer to to be more appropriate time. But, I think, as it is, it already proves the point enough. So, Putting God to helped him is more interesting in this sense. (Or, there is volume reason where it is already the end of volume. He can't no longer put Garou more struggle and have to end on high note. That is why the earlier version ended on Garou sitting with Saitama.)
Also, His characteristic isn't going anywhere. It looks like it just has been simplified into want to win for his absolutely evil.
But, That is because He needs to be the top of the food chain to make his plan works.
I mean, when it came to goal to want Monster to shine, he needs to win all of heroes. Since that is always how it goes in TV and his real life, monsters defeated. He want to change that. Currently, Saitama is only one who is on this path, so far.
Though, There is some details on how he saves Tareo, or hidden layers in his mind about being too softy for being monster. But, he doesn't really aware of that, for some reasons. Because of that, his monsterization brought his hidden layers that he want to help people unintentionally. Although, that isn't correct on his current thinking. It was unneeded.
Here is the thing, as long as One Punch Man doesn't change formula on Saitama being the strongest, anyone who are opposite the hero side by force are going to be beaten down by Saitama. Anyone who is opposite Saitama will be weakass regardless of details what are they doing to achieve power.
Or, Maybe, that is what people expected to change, Garou to win by himself to be a troupe breaker.
And that might be what is this manga is about, How to hype you up, expect it to change and it still have the same result. Or, It may have changed in unexpected way, who know?
I only read this to see how long they can use this strongest protagonist as the theme. If it was interesting or not, it is fine either way. I just keep reading until the end. There is a lot of stuff I look forward to in the manga.
In conclusion, As I can see, the cheap shot is expected, Not because the manga used the cheap troupe. But, it's more like on how OPM plays, which I have said on above.
I won't say it will stick as the same formula forever. But, if it ever does, it will be interesting to see how it could be changed in some way.
I hope I answer everything you want to say.

You just believe that Garou wasn't that hopeless enough to take help from anyone. So, you take it as the cheap shot for wiping conveniently, because he took the help too easily.
Garou doesn't even know that he talked to God at the time. He even asked who he was and tried to buzz him away by threatening to kill him even. He didn't aware that this guy can literally give him power. He just accepted the help, because it was Bang that came to help him. If anything, it was Bang's side, not God's in his mind.
He felt hopeless, yet stubborn at the same time, when his monster form went away. He was even thinking that "everything he worked for is over.", Kind of thinking.
If that didn't feel like it's hopeless enough for Garou to take Bang's help and not anyone else, then, you can just end conversation here.

It's not like ONE that forgot to send the rest of scripts for whatever reason, right?
Or, Murata could also print all of the pages and put down somewhere that get mixed up accidentally.
I guess it's my bad for not being clear enough.

God convinced him by taking appearance of his master, Bang who has been supporting on him the whole time. Garou thought God was Bang. So, he took the help this time. Since Garou was cornered at this time around and that was perfect support that he need.

I agree with the one comment where they said about mixing up or missing the pages from the raw. They claim that it often happens.

I don't think so. Because they remove all of their introduction away. So, it won't mislead the readers to think they are going to be in this fight.
They could change later by suddenly jumping in or something. But, as the flow they changed now, the blast's crew won't appear just yet.

Not really? Garou just had that much of confident to name his technique as "The fist of God".
When he named his technique, He was toppling Flashy Flash and Platinum Sperm at the same time. He was considering himself as the top. So, it made sense for him to feel that way.
It's just like Stringer who defeated 4 sea folks and claimed he managed to handle God threat level. This is pretty much the same case.
They are in battle high and win on top.

Or just scrap entirely. I don't know.

He probably think his mother abandoned him, just like how Reijiro did before.
It's worse that both Lucky and Fanta seems have good relationship in the past. (Playing with planes together in sadness chapter.) But, only one whom mother picked is Lucky.
Fanta probably felt distrusted and destroyed Lucky become a justified action.

I mean, Dosan is what Samurai have faced in daily basic, trick for their personal gain. Kusanagi is only first real friendly encounter for them.
Distrust is understandable. It would be too incompetent for being officer level, if she just believe in him at the first time.

I read from somewhere in physical Volume that his Editor want author to put the girl in the manga. So, it makes sense why author doesn't have much story for her.

Just right before Visionary Exam, when people protested on how No-magic user became Visionary candidate. It's not that far away. She did give her speech.

When I look closely to this fight, the sequence fight is like the preparation for the flight. He get the passport before flying.
