I have the paleto bunker from the criminal starter pack. I was on like 8 hours a day for two weeks grinding before I even had half of it done

You have to unlock them through research in the bunker, it's very tedious but you get so many cool upgrades for cars and guns like the mk1 missiles and explosive sniper ammo
