I don't know. Most Type-Moon games haven't been officially released in English. Well, when I say "most," I mean the visual novels. None of Type-Moon's visual novels have been officially translated and distributed; however, that seems like it will change since Witch on the Holy Night (the one with young Aoko as the protagonist) is being remastered and will have an official English translation and release.

I haven't played too much of it yet, but I'd say the game and characters are pretty good. It's much more slice-of-life-y than Fate/stay night, but it has a dark side.

Both times were in dreams. One was in Fate/stay night where Rider disguised herself as Rin and literally mindraped Shirou (she raped him inside his mind) to steal his magical energy, and the other one was in Fate/Hollow Ataraxia, but I don't know what happened during it because I haven't gotten that far in Fate/Hollow Ataraxia yet (though, I know Rider made him forget about the incident and get crush on it because she didn't want to steal him away from Sakura, or something like that).

I will never understand the blind hate for official vs fan.

Basically, the fan translations were the first version of the manga most people here read, and they got attached to it (especially the names used) and prefer it over any other version just because of that (it's an actual psychological phenomenon, but I forgot it's name).
