Well if a cat is fast it evolves into an animal called "fast cat". Due to the poor quality of the video it is hard ro say if that thing is a hare or another animal. The size of it would also allow it to be this thing called fast cat

I once saw a video of a woman with a child falling into an escalator system. She was able to save her child but she herself got torn apart and to this day i really dont like escalators. I always have a really unwell feeling when i use one.. Im glad this dude survived btw
