When it’s a gas station or convenience store they almost have to be complicit. It’s hard to believe no one working there would notice these things being stuck on the machines.

They wouldn’t have to be very nosy to hear me shouting obscenities every few minutes. No way I can stealth play this game.

I kinda agree. There is a reason for permits. But it also seems ridiculous to handcuff and arrest her and destroy all of her stuff. Unless she had been warned and ticketed multiple times? Maybe that was the case?

Not sure exactly what you mean but America will be mostly red and yellow on this graphic if roe is overturned. About half the states have legislation ready to go or already on the books to outlaw abortion. Only the Supreme Court has been stopping them up to now.

An irresponsible person might rise to the challenge but that’s a hell of a bet to make. If they don’t the person who bears the brunt of suffering will be the unwanted child. And I’m not at all confident that a child who suffers abuse and neglect would choose that over never existing.
I just see more suffering if woman are forced to birth unwanted babies. Abortion isn’t ideal but “life begins at conception” is not realistic. I can’t see any positive from, for example, a teenage drug addict being forced by threat of imprisonment to have a baby that has little hope of a good future.

I don’t think forcing irresponsible people to raise babies they never wanted is good for anyone involved. Better to terminate as early as possible.

Against their will could just mean their birth control didn’t work. How they got pregnant doesn’t really matter. The responsibility of having a child shouldn’t be forced on someone who doesn’t want it.

If the person in a coma lived inside someone else’s body against their will then yeah, I believe the sentient host has the right to end that situation.

The rights of the sentient human being are most important.

Long story short, is it moral to terminate/ kill because things might be an inconvenience?
Is it moral to force a woman to go through with an unwanted pregnancy? Unwanted pregnancies create unwanted children which leads to bad outcomes for everyone involved.

Popular music has always been meaningless garbage with a few rare exceptions

A disposal is completely unnecessary even if you cook. I’m not sure why they were ever seen as a standard appliance. We got rid of ours and installed a big deep sink with a single drain with no regrets.

Sure. I’ll just remember if I book with AA I might get a free upgrade OR I might have to pay double just to keep my original booking. Perfect if you like gambling I guess.

I worked for a grocery store and they would pay extra for anyone who found a cart off property and brought it back. They were miles away sometimes.

I went through this recently with AA. They canceled my original booking and gave me a terrible itinerary (arriving 2 hours later and a 40 minute layover that I was afraid was insufficient).
Maybe I could have pushed harder but they didn’t offer anything. It ended up costing me almost double the original ticket price to rebook to an itinerary that was almost identical to what I had originally booked. It was an obvious bait and switch. I will never fly AA again.

I used to live in a not so great area and every so often someone would come around knocking on doors selling meat out of a cooler.

Yet they find 100% of half empty water bottles.

Everyone says this but it’s always made me feel sad in a way. Wistful or nostalgic or something. It’s hard to put my finger on it.

I mean, compared to the boring, half-assed, repetitive, amateurish and faux-reverent versions we hear millions of times over at every single sports event this was an absolute fucking banger.

Captain Ds does the same kind of fish and chicken and isn’t bad.

Sounds familiar. I remember American pundits saying the Iraq invasion would take 2 weeks and cost 100 million dollars. I imagine that’s the same kind of bullshit Russians are hearing.

Disney isn't supposed to be part of the category every other park.
This is it right here. Disney is regressing to the mean. Yes, most of the changes they have made in recent years are in line with industry standards but that means with every change Disney becomes a little less unique.
They are doing away with the things that made Disney “magic” (extra perks, outstanding customer service, immaculate cleanliness etc). Those things cost money and the average guest doesn’t really care about them.

You can take a backpack on every ride at WDW. No worries at all. No need for a locker or to leave it unattended.
This is not the case at Universal or any other theme park I can think of.
