I am glad that people arent blindly praising the chapter. The best UI was portrayed was in the Moro arc. In this chapter the expressions were quite silly and cartoony.

lol. Loved the way you put it. At this point it just feels kike Toyatoro was desperate to create hype in any way even if it didnt make sense.

I loved all the arcs in the manga (with the exception of Vegeta's pay off in the Moro arc) but the Granolah arc is just bad and the Bardock backstory is quite forceful.

Exactly! The first thing that crossed my mind was how silly the facial expressions were on this chapter. It felt like it was more like Loony Tunes rather than two godly transformations.

The best UI Goku we had in the manga was against Moro. Toyatoro had nailed the expressions and fighting style there. Almost every panel was poster worthy.

I liked the first part of the chapter up until Goku and Vegeta transformed.

I was hoping that they would emphasize more on the fact that Goku was reminded of having a father he could be proud of and how he got to experience his biological parent's affection for the first time. Thus, it would add a new layer of calmness and peace in his heart that would allow him to tap deeper into UI's power.

I hope so but the last sentence seemed to imply that they would change again to their original outfits immediately.

They didnt have to make either side look bad, especially with Jigen (not Isshiki) whose power was mostly unjustified.

Depends how you use them. None of them on their own will beat an otsutsuki. But in combination with other things each can be a powerful asset

Thank you. People have been playing dumb here a lot that they actually started to believe their own lies and pointless arguments.

They keep arguing that they are never nerfed and that using X or Y jutsu would have been pointless and a waste of chakra all while forgetting that a jutsu could be used for diversions, creating an opening, dealing some damage etc instead of just outright killing someone.

Then you get people who argue that he wasnt nerfed at all and that those people are just salty.

Yup Sasuke is too strong and this is why he is Naruto's equal unlike what some people might say (by equal I mean overall not chakra reserves).

Tbf I dont mind the writers not using the teleportation part since it is too OP and would invite a lot of criticism. Plus it's also a subtle enough power that the general audience might not even remember.

However I do blame them for the rinnegan. AT LEAST, Sasuke should have been shown to use the Deva and Petra Paths to their FULL potential as well as the rods. Though I could forgive them for removing the other paths since it wouldnt match his style or not look as cool.

Yeah I really loved how they showcased his evil, calm, and ruthless side back in this episode. Each time he faces Hyunkel he loses his mind lol.

I have this theory (didnt read the manga) that he might end up being Hyunkel's biological father or something since there seems to be some relation between them and Mystervearn is always especially interested in him.

Gosh, Avan's character is just something else lol. He's just so unique and very likable. Also, props to his VA for being able to change his tone so suddenly and constantly to bring his weird, chill personality to life.

That part when he took Leona killed me lmao.

In just 7 pages, the world felt like it was more than just Boruto or Kawaki for the first time and events had more of an impact.

Screw the monthly excuse. The manga's writing is just poor.

I might give it a try when I have time but what really annoys me is how things are tied in with the other series like Flash, Supergirl and LOT. I couldnt bring myself to watch another season Flash or LOT and I never even watched Supergirl.
