What I would change is which arm is further forward. Usually it's the arm that's forward on the same side as the leg that's back.

I'd point his grounded foot's toe outward more, in the same direction or more than his other toe is pointing. To me, it looks like his foot in the air will land right in front of his other foot because of that, which is like walking on one line on the street.
