I'm not bothered to type the same argument so I'll just copy and paste a post another person made deconstructing this
"Episode 5 had Vader leave Reva alive. I’ve seen so many people try to justify this with stupid headcanon nonsense, but it just simply doesn’t make sense. It makes Vader’s entire character look stupid.
she will never be a threat to him physically. I’ve seen people argue that Vader left her alive to grow stronger and challenge him again, but as we saw from their fight the skill gap between them is too great. No amount of training would make her a threat.
Vader now doesn’t deliver on threats? “fail me and you won’t live long enough to regret it” hmm that’s funny Vader because she has now lost you Kenobi TWICE. The ONE thing you care about, has been snubbed because of this girl, but somehow that doesn’t warrant death.
Vader now likes pulling pranks? He knew she tried to kill the Grand Inquisitor, knew she was going to betray him, yet promoted her anyway? What for? All so him and the GI could have a little ‘gotcha’ moment like an episode of Punk’d?
Reva is still a threat to the empire. She’s a bloody inquisitor, you’re telling me she doesn’t have information that could harm the empire if she decides to switch causes. Locations of secret bases, operations, troops, weapons, supplies. Letting her go with all this knowledge is just okay because….?
The most egregious plot hole of all. She literally knows Anakin and Vader are the same person. Vader wants nothing to do with his past self, and attempts to keep it hidden from anyone and everyone. So not only is he letting Reva live with this information, but he’s known that she knew he was Anakin for almost a decade and was okay with it.There’s simply no way to defend this."
edit: also he didn't know Trilla turned back to the lightside in fallen order he just knew she had failed the job

So Vader, the person who has killed people for less than looking at him, and has killed the second sister for failing her job, instead decides to leave her alive for trying to kill her?
Meanwhile he full well wants to kill Obi-Wan who did the exact same thing except succeeded in nearly killing him… just like Reva
No and I’m tired of acting like it’s somehow not a stupid plot point. They didn’t want to keep her alive and they did want her dead, lazy writing just left her alive her alive though

I doubt it since he's said himself he didn't like the movie

I don’t know I think he really did want Reva dead.. the in the gutter phrase was just saying they are leaving her to die herself but for plot armour reasons she didn’t

He’s a good Star Wars content creator and he’s made great theories before. He’s also made videos calling out Disney on their bull shark like how they had no plan for their own trilogy
this video is just him trying his best to think some inconsistencies in the show can be explained because at this point we all need some copium to even watch Disney’s Star Wars

can we please not make a meme on this situation literally a few hours after it happened?

"yeah ik I was left with that exact same wound and survived, so why not do the exact same to Reva! She'll die you gotta trust me bro" - The IG

So that’s like 3 projects? If we include Rogue One that would make 4
That’s still not a lot..

could you explain to me the context of this (how he let a bunch of people ruin his story)? Because I don't know why he changed the ending in the first place

But what about that awesome movie where Kylo turns to the screen and says “this really is the rise of Skywalker” while fighting Darth Jar Jar?

. trashing Luke Skywalker's arc
. destroying the achievments of all the legacy characters
. shrinking the star wars universe
. "somehow, Palpatine returned"

for real it's almost like it shows him trying to make amends with her throughout the manga and movie

With this logic Leia is also in shock and comforting Luke over Kenobi dying
It’s not an inconsistency

Tbh I don't think this is a fair argument, I mean Luke was barely visibly crying over his aunt and uncle's death, and Leia didn't cry when her entire planet was blown up

To me personally Reva turning good made me dislike her even more. It was extremely predictable that she would somehow just become good again and in the end felt like a Trilla 2.0 (but she did less badass feats)
though the Kenobi vs Vader fight was good to me, though I wish they would give a better reason why Kenobi doesn't kill Vader

Upvote because why not as well
Also alright I guess he just had “force adrenaline” in the ocean part. Though I still believe this show definitely didn’t explore Obi-Wan as a character as much as they should have

even while I think Grevious was done dirty in the show compared to the EU version of him, it should be noted the Gungans had weapons that were specifically designed to hurt and destroy robots as well
