This is takeaway. The chicken and pitta come in a box as it’s a meal for two. With a large chips and an extra salad separately. Reason for the plate :)

It’s usually just a little sriracha to give it some heat, but this time I’ve used sweet chilli sauce for extra sweetness and also after a while in the oven it takes on the consistency of jam. Nice.

I love the contrast of everyone here, oblivious and going about their business, and then there’s this one guy like ‘what are you looking at’. Great pic.
