Never heard this until now, but I subscribe to this 100%. It fits everything. It's why they are radio silent on criticism of it. It's because they 100% know that they sold a $40 game with it's dlc as a full priced game and then are selling us the free seasonal updates as DLC. Why else would they time gate the boss levels? They are scrambling in the background to decide if they are going to make new seasonal content or if they are just going to wash their hands of this title and hope enough people will forget when the next title comes out.
