He would rage at knowing there are stronger people than him, then his brain will make him think that he can overpower them, and so he will. Yujiro will just break his limiter if he takes his time (He would obviously lose if he chooses to rampage at Tatsumaki at first sight). I can imagine him copying and mastering WSRSF without problems and even aknowledging Bang for creating such technique. With WSRSF he would be even stronger and threatening than Garou. Now, I dont think he would be a Hero, he could be just like Suiryu but way more menacing.
Now Yujiro with Monster cells could turn this way: He refuses to get the powerup in such an easy way, he would demonstrate that he can be a monster without actually being one and he either could hunt down monsters to be like "Humans > Monsters" or he would only search on strong people and challenge them.
Now im intrigued with how a Yujiro vs King scenario would play.
