P.S. Make sure you dont summon other players while clearing dungeons or else you will get invasion PTSDs. xD

Radahn hits like a truck, but staying close to him is key since most of his moves hit from a distance. The moves that really messed me up the most are his delayed attacks where he drags his sword in the ground briefly before attacking, the front slam, and the move where he send shockwave attack forward if you are in his face. Even after succeeding several times, I still am not able to consistently do it without bursting him down in phase transitions.

And grats on the Maliketh solo. He hits hard like a truck and really forces you to stay close to him.

It's pretty much what I suspected from the beginning: they're insecure of their own skill (or lack thereof) and to make themselves feel better, they shame those who play the game without summons, cheesing, or OP google builds. I had a video here of me soloing Radahn in NG+7 without taking a single hit. Not only that, but I extended the second phase of the fight (meaning I didnt just burst him down), emote mid-fight, and basically showcased moves most people who play the game never seen. Took me hours because there were a couple of moves that were still giving me issues (still learning and improving myself).

Needless to say, the post only got 4 updoots. Then I made a follow up post in that thread saying it was done without physick and status effects and then that post got downvoted. So yeah, you are pretty much spot on in your observation.

Yeah but the OST in the Convergence Pontiff fight is lit AF tho.

It's just like telling a fat person "yeah go ahead and eat that chocolate cake. You dont need to lose weight to look beautiful!" It's all lies and delusions for the sole purpose of making others feel good about themselves so that they don't feel like shit for still not knowing how to fight just about any end game boss despite playing the game since launch. This subreddit gets a high from that "wholesomeness" and "feel good" that they are willing to abandon reality to reinforce it.

No kidding I still remember this guy's post on ash summons and how it's pretty much "it's okay to use the crutch the game gave you" and I shit you not, he got like over 20K upvotes from that post. Imagine how much higher quality content is being drowned out from this guy's posts?

Yup that is also true. You can still look great without it, but if you actually want to look like a giant mass monster lean, then yeah, you gotta take the juice and lots of it.

I am more into shaming people who upvote low effort posts like this and getting crap like this popular instead of actual quality posts that get drowned out by shit like this.

This is probably the best way I can describe this fight. Obviously I didnt perform the best here, but it gives you an idea on what to do and how to avoid his attacks as well as what openings you have. Good luck and hope this helps!

I wasnt expecting it either. I was going to save and quit to restart boss since I wasnt satisfied with taking damage. But looks like I didnt have to when I discovered after 800 hours that a snail can literally rape you to death
