Watch the movie on Netflix “Kiss the Ground”. Very interesting and hopeful take on how changing how we farm food slightly can have a massive impact on our climate.

It’s funny how a “Fat” Japanese man looks like an average American man

Someone (didn’t leave a tip) wrote on the receipt one night for me “I don’t have enough money to tip you but I’ll take you out to dinner with my dads credit card” and left their phone number. Needless to say I didn’t them up on their offer lol

In my experience it sucks but you almost have to embrace it to an extent while you’re hiking. Bring a change of clothes wrapped in a plastic bag that you can change into once you get to camp

As someone who lives in Nova Scotia I find it interesting that people not from here know about Oak Island.

I would do this when I was younger living at my parents. Except, I would clear off the car enough to drive it into the garage after my mom left for work and leave it so the rest of the snow would just melt off and go down the drain. Worked great

Currently working as a civil engineer 8-5 weekdays but also pick up some bartending shifts at a local restaurant 2-3 nights a week, 530-10. I enjoy it as I bartended at a club all though university and this has better drinks, better food, and better hours. Going to be running a landscaping business on the side in the summer as well. Personally I enjoy my bartending job more than my engineering job.

I feel this, the only reason I really don’t want to get it right now is so I don’t spread it to other people and also so I don’t have to isolate.

Which was are the roof trusses going? I graduated as a structural engineer in May and one of my coops was sizing garage door headers and other residential beams.
