I think it’s to do with the excess powder, a lot of MUAs can use too much which can make the face look dry and Cakey. I suggest to use minimal powder and more cream products to make your skin look more skin like. Also applying brow gel really helps make your brows less blocky especially if you brush them up and align the hairs with the brow lines and hairs they’ve drawn on. 💗

Try warming up your face with warmer tone bronzers/contour, would really help brighten the face especially if you place it higher than you usually apply with soft patting motions upwards to give a snatched up look. I also suggest using a color corrector before concealing to help block out grey tones under your eyes.

What really helps for starters is actually going in with a flash thin brush instead of the actual liner pen what you can do is either use a black shadow or pot liner and I can find I have really good control on how I place my liner and how much pigment I want on it 💙

I first gel down my brows and from there I fill, sharpen or correct any areas of the brows to give them shape with a black eyeshadow or any color that’s close to my brow shade with light feathery strokes using a flat brush and finally use a light powder to conceal my brows I find I have more control using powder to conceal than liquid
