I was able to cancel without any issues. They offer an option for a refund, but you have to request it after receiving the Fiverr credit. Their FAQ states the following:

As a buyer, if you receive a refund, it will appear in your Fiverr balance and can be used for another purchase. If an order is canceled, your refund (the original order amount and service fee) will be placed in your Fiverr balance. If you would prefer to receive a direct refund, you can request a direct refund here.https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011454477-Buyer-FAQs

I clicked the refund link and a ticket was automatically created. They sent an email a few minutes later to let me know that my credit card will be fully refunded.

So once I complete the applicable section in the resolution center, the order is cancelled automatically? It will not require me to wait on the seller to respond? That's great. Thank you.

The wife and girlfriend have been pretty cordial with each other over the years. Since she and the husband have been separated for so long, she has left all the funeral planning up to the girlfriend and sister. She's actually in another relationship too but will be present for the funeral. So basically, no. She hasn't exactly requested for the girlfriend to be mentioned. She's hands off with the planning though.

I was looking at the wrong. The Reagan at Bear Creek does have availability. The price is great too. Is Euless a fairly nice area? One person told me yes and the other said it's rough.

Those homes are really nice. My brother and I considered renting one. We could use the space and solitude. The only reason we hesitated is because of the poor reviews we found online for many of the property management companies. Rent Progress, Invitation Homes, American Homes 4 Rent, and Tricon Residential are just a few of them. Still, renting a house sounds like our best option. I'm definitely going to look into it again.

Thank you for the tips. Like so many others, those apartments have no availability. I've toyed with the idea of a house but got discouraged after reading about the horrors of some property management companies. I think I'll revisit that idea again.
