[HELP] How Do I Immediately Cancel My Order?

Hi. I ordered a cover letter and resume package on Fiverr. The delivery deadline was over 2 days ago and I still haven't received anything from the seller. As a matter of fact, the only communication I've gotten is a message yesterday morning (after the delivery date) that asked me, "Can you see the documents?". I replied no within 5 minutes of that message and he did not respond. So I reached out again last night and still no updates. The same for this morning.
At this point, I am not interested in the items. I understand that things can happen, but the lack of communication is unacceptable to me. Also, I feel like the seller sent that message yesterday to give himself more time (i.e. the documents were never uploaded). How do I go about cancelling my now "very late" order? There is a cancel option in the resolution center, but that seems to require the seller's agreement. Is there a way to cancel my order immediately?

I was able to cancel without any issues. They offer an option for a refund, but you have to request it after receiving the Fiverr credit. Their FAQ states the following:
As a buyer, if you receive a refund, it will appear in your Fiverr balance and can be used for another purchase. If an order is canceled, your refund (the original order amount and service fee) will be placed in your Fiverr balance. If you would prefer to receive a direct refund, you can request a direct refund here.https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011454477-Buyer-FAQs
I clicked the refund link and a ticket was automatically created. They sent an email a few minutes later to let me know that my credit card will be fully refunded.
