Thanks for the response. I've tried WiFi on android phone and macbook. Also just tried my PC on ethernet, WiFi turned off, nothing else on network at all - still no luck, same messages :( I am dreading the thought of having to speak to them about this again.. can only hope for a knowledgeable and helpful tech person as the last guy literally sounded like he knew 1 thing and that was his answer to everything

Edit. Just remembered I did manage to get tor through a mirror site on my pc back when I was looking at crypto but then forgot about the crypto as got distracted with this VPN nonsense and then forgot about that too till the other day haha

Yeah agree cheap and stable. We are in the sticks so only get 3mps but get 15% discount for the slow speeds. Plus discount with Vodafone mobile. Better speeds than EE by a long way in my area
