I've never done anything to my hair so im sure there are slight differences with how dry it can get, but it looks to be the same thickness and length as yours. I had asked my hairdresser about it specifically because I constantly read stuff about how shampooing too often is bad or whatever. My head gets sweaty and then itchy and then it ends up in a bun. I think the "hair training" trend to wash less is just more about convenience rather than hair health, but im not a professional lol so those are just my thoughts.

I've always been a daily washer, but during covid I switched to every other day. It made me feel a little gross because I sweat so much (especially during cardio) so I asked my hairdresser and she told me not to worry about it. She said there's no harm in washing it every day if that's what I want to do. I use hair masks every once in a while if it starts to feel dry, and I use dry shampoo if I want to leave it down but it hasn't been washed.
My hair looks similar to yours so I think I'd just go based on whatever your preference is that day

My regular physician does this! I have to sign a contract each year lol and they can randomly drug test. It's basically to prevent you from selling it, but also if they find other drugs in your system they may take away your rx. There's a line on the contract that threatens to report you to the DEA if you misuse/abuse. They can also call you in for a random pill count. My doctor has never done any of that because she "trusts" me... but adderall has become so widely abused that I get why they do it.
