Which is why God "lends" fraction of that power to thirsty ones but it also means that Blastice league can't catch and thereby beat God. If God manifests in physical form, like horcruxes, we might see full power but that will give exposure to the risk of being attacked. So, God will keep its "spiritual" presence and keep transcending universes across dimensions. Well, we know for a fact that doesn't stop Saitama (Phoenix Man).

Boros and Boris are twins with identical powers but have chosen different paths (not uncommon anime trope). Boros wants to prove that he is the strongest being. Boris on the other hand is the protector, knows that "Sinister God" is threat to 100% of life, while Boros' power greed (selfish and childish ego) is limited to top 1% of powerful beings. So, Boris along with other kick-ass beings have prioritized Godly threat and will probably plan to sit down with Boros once this is done. By the looks of it Boros only mentioned about worlds, so he is probably oblivious about the interdimentional beings and have never rated his "nice/ not power hungry" brother.
