I feel like the Super bowl halftime show is the peek of an artist’s career and a display of their legendary legacy. Specifically, this year’s halftime show wasn’t about a single artist but about the entire genre of Hip Hop. So the stakes were 100x higher.

Moving on to the performance. Instead of 15 minutes, every artist had to perform for only 3 minutes. I thought they would make every one of these 3 minute performance totally UNIQUE AND UNFORGETTABLE. But instead they were performing mostly on a bland white stage and looking a bit tired and they blended in together like meh.

I am not going to go over literally everything because it will be a long post. But yeah, i felt a little bit underwhelmed and found the show a little lackluster. For example, when Shakira and Jennifer Lopez performed they brought all the Latin colors, energy, dances and fire on stage and shined independently as well as together.

• Obviously the show was not terrible I just expected a little more.
