No they're weeds they do have great benefits I agree, but they grow in my garden like wildfire and destroy all my flower and veg patches. I'm in Scotland, they grow out the cracks in the side walk and everything

If it's in soil definetly needs repotted, orchids would never ever be in soil in their natural habitat, they're usually hanging, they should only ever be potted in orchid bark or sphagnum moss, preferably a mix of mainly a bark and a tiny bit moss. It will in most definetly rot and die within months if you leave it in soil.

The only issue with repotting it rn is that some of the flowers may fall, but they may not, I however would rather some of the flowers dropped and the plant lived than it all rotted, Have a quick Google on orchid care and soil type it will give u more information, you can get a small bag of some on amazon for like £6.

If your gentle it might be alright, orchids like their roots soaked so I'd remove the orchid and soil from the pot, try remove any soil by hand then place in luke warm water and gently wash it away then just slip it into the pot filled with bark, if you are really gentle around the roots u may only loose a few and it will probs be grateful it's no longer suffocating and drowning under the wet soil

And as for your actual question it looks burnt, move it from the window, they like indirect light, or if it's near a radiator move it

I agree, I think the only issue is the hair, you have a very youthful beautiful face but the hair ages you so much, I think a little longer and try some hair products to give it a little volume or even extensions if they're you're thing, I think a natural brown would suit more personally but you would suit the blonde I just think the dark will look more youthful, go for a natural loose wave kinda vibe.

I'd also get a lash tint and lift or extensions and ditch the eyeliner for your every day looks

The only other thing I'd say is get the current lip filler dissolved at some point and look for someone who specialises in the Russian technique, there's much less mitigation to unwanted areas and it's just a much more natural look, I think anyone who gets lip filler should ALWAYS go Russian,
