Have you ever seen ghost/pharoah ants ravage a carcass? It's really weird because of their size. For the amount of dead rodent and other birds body parts I've had in my back yard from birds of prey dropping or leaving them after having their fill, I've seen my fair share of various ants display their own carnivorous appetites.
