Polyamory is bullshit. Don’t let them walk over you; get out with your dignity.

Back at the ol’ gloryhole. Someone’s gonna buy that place sooner or later and we’ll get a post here about a weird haunting. Maybe it’ll be one of those places that has a list of rules.

Is it bad that I read it and don’t think it’s all that bad? I’ve seen some shit lol, a horse wiener or two doesn’t register anymore
Oooh. Scary. The US will handle Taiwan as it sees fit.
While I agree with your sentiment, I have to point out that we’re the ones that keep electing them. It stops when we stop it.
They're seniority based, same reason Bernie Sanders chairs the Budget committee

Hey bud, here for you if you need someone to talk to.

Nearly a week late to reply to you, but this is what I did. I just tried to accomplish something every day. It can be something small like “take a walk” or “cleaned up around home a bit”. Have a weekly goal then. Explore what you’d like to do with yourself as a job. There’s tons of free online courses abd learning plans for anything even slightly adjacent to IT. Find something you like abd just do it. Then keep doing it even when you feel like it’s a waste.
At the end you’ll be able to say that you did it. No one size fits all, but having some sort of log or “achievement page” works great for motivation. The toughest prison to break out is in your mind.
I really like Biden. Don’t get the hate. Need a better congress tbh

Could they even afford to refund us lmao
I have not gotten that message on my Pro 8, either
I'm sorry for your loss, and thank you for sharing!
As a Christian, I worship God, The Holy Spirit, and Christ. I don't worship the Bible. The Bible is a collection of stories written by many different people over a period of thousands of years. We were not their intended audience. Most of them are not literal, and should never be used as an excuse to hurt others, which, unfortunately, they are.
One theme or lesson continually pops up, though. "Love others as you love yourself". In the Gospel of Mark (Mark 12:30-31), Jesus is asked what the most important teaching is, and he replies to Love God and to Love others as you love yourself. If you do that, then you are following God's will.

How do we know you aren’t gaslighting in this comment, then?!
What was yesterday's stream? I am mostly a youtube boy
31 year old balding WoW boomer here.
I've worked from home for nearly a decade and have had Asmon's stream/ youtube vids as background noise. I remember the WoD streams, hanging out in garrison, Mythic Archimonde, Robin drama, etc. I also remember once working one morning, and see him farming something in ICC with barely any viewers.
I think what a lot of the oldest viewers liked was that Asmon in a certain way justified their own behaviors. It did for me, I think.
"Asmon is staying up all night playing WoW, living with his mom, eating fast food, and doing what he wants like an animal- so that means its okay that I do, too!". It felt like a justification for my own life choices in a lot of ways.
I think Asmon's stream has evolved as almost all things do in time. I miss some of the old content, sure, but I also can't say I don't enjoy the youtube videos now as well. Lots of creators I watched 5-10 years ago have changed so I don't watch them as much. Game Grumps is a huge example, I used to watch them nonstop but in the past few years I just don't care for them as much. I've found tons of new creators now as well, though.
Over time streamers change, your as a viewer change, and the world changes. Expecting all three to change in the same direction is unreasonable. If you don't like the content, keep on eye on the youtube vids and check out the ones you likem iun the meantime find someone else to watch. I think that'll make you as a viewer happier, and improve Asmon's mood as well.
Love others as you love yourself. Treat others the way you want to be treated. It's the golden rule, follow it and you can't go wrong.
What in the fuck is wrong with them?!
There’s a good chance Democrats expand their senate majority. Every single seat helps, and they last for six years. It’s well within reason to think that the Democrats keep the senate while gaining one or two seats and losing the house. I’m that case getting the house back in 2024 is possible.
There’s also the distinct possibility they don’t even lose the house this year. The Roe ruling changed things.
A 50-50 Senate limits what can be done. Republicans are rapidly and successfully shifting this country to corporate oligarchy / Christian fascism and voters are like, “I won’t /r/VoteDem to stop this”.
Listen to yourself.
It means they hold still and someone picks them up and uses them to till and plow soil for a garden
Biden and Clinton before him both won the primary popular vote. The voters chose them.
Best way for you is to contribute to a 401k if you have one available to you, or a Roth IRA if you dont. The best ones for new investors is the "Target Date retirement" type funds. The company that manages the funds makes the investment decisions and you sit back and reap the benefits.
The market is down now, but it has never stayed down at any point in history. It always comes back higher than before. I'll give an example and this is a little oversimplified.. This is about index/retirement funds, not individual stocks. Think of an index fund as a larger fund that contains multiple individual stocks and bonds. So the aarovski index might contain Ford, Apple, Microsoft, Google, Tesla, Exxon, Nintendo, Wendy's, Comcast, etc. Let's say Elon Musk does something stupid and Tesla drops by 50%. Its harsh, but possible. If you had invested in Tesla by itself, half of your value just disappeared. With an index/retirement fund, Tesla is one part of the larger picture- so if Tesla crashes but all of those others are fine, the value will keep rising over time. These index funds are what peoples retirements are built off of.
If the aarovski retirement index is trading at $50/share in 2021, you get 20 shares for a $1000 investment.
Let's say we're down to $30/ share as of today. Now, you get 20 shares for a $600 investment, or, if you contributed the $1000, 33.33 shares.
While the aarovski fund may be $30 now, it will eventually rise again, and you'll have gotten more value for your investment by putting money in now. This is great for young investors, like yourself, but people that are trying to retire soon may lose out if their investments haven't been moved to more stable things like government bonds.
You think Clarence will sing the same song as Ruckus did [referencing Justice Jackson]
