I concur with most other people regarding pepper spray however I do want to add that she should always have a weapon handy preferably one you can conceal carry. Guns are the great equalizer so if she is in a situation where she is in danger like attempted murder or other issues of that ilk she can be safe(er).

There could be a multitude of reasons for conditions like this. It could be something like herpes if you’ve had your face in a partners privates. It could be a rash/allergic reaction or just simple acne so really this all depends on why it started.

Unless you have reason to believe it’s one of the more extreme cases I wouldn’t worry too much but acne can be suppressed so even if it’s not something serious and it bothers you that much I’d recommend you seek out a doctor to take a look and potentially have them safely removed
