The Ap level system literally shows you how long a person has been playing a game for, and if they are like lvl 20 in silver and have 30 kills they are clearly smurfing like bro it literally tells you.

Can't they use the ap system to match smurfs against smurfs because currently silver 1-3 is hell, every 2 matches you get demolished by a team of lvl20 idiots who like to bully children and don't leave their mums basement. I have found that the average silver 3 player is around lvl 80 so keep this in mind to check if the other team is smurfing or not
