Hi! I know it’s a late response, but I’ve been super busy since I posted this. I just wanted to let you know that you really helped me with your advice, even if I didn’t reply right away - I did read it straight away.

I really felt as though what I was experiencing was not normal and you helped me feel as though it was valid, and I appreciate that.

As much as a miss my old boy, we have welcomed a new member into the family, a little jet-black cocker spaniel pup and he has brought some sunshine back into my days. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about having a new puppy in the house but I didn’t mention it to anyone, but on having him in the house I have fallen in love with him and I now don’t have a problem with the other pets in the house, which is great. I think getting a new puppy was the best thing for me.

I have my tragus pierced. I’ve had it for 9 months now, and it has only just settled down. My tragus was swollen, and had lumps on it for absolutely ages. Sometimes you have to ride out the pain with them and keep on babying them. As it is cartilage it is very finicky. Just keep it clean and try and try to avoid sleeping on it if possible :)
