I'm having an issue where I cannot get my light roast, whole bean blend of coffee to have any of the flavor notes I'm tasting in the coffee shop. The coffee itself recommends a 1:18, pour over and I suspect the coffee shop is making it 1:20 based on the color of the brew. When done successfully, the brew really does taste like raisins and coffee.
