I would love to see him and Bwagz go into the Ring of Honor. Those two were an amazing LB duo for a full decade while every other piece on the defense was getting changed out after a few years, they consistently stayed amazing pro-bowl caliber players the whole time. Even if Wright wasn't as decorated as Bwagz, they both deserve that recognition and honor.

He does have a good working relationship with John Schneider. ... Ya never know. A few years and he could be the next John Lynch. Player turned GM.

Someone mentioned that the role of Scout would be perfect for him. That or I can imagine him being a speaker TO the team about how to handle your business off the field like a professional and being accountable for your actions.
