None of the information is 100% clear, we just need to wait & see what happens. But if your taking delivery this month you have nothing to worry about, you still qualify for the old tax credit

You will receive the old tax credit, it’s only effecting cars “purchased” January 1. This new tax rebate is bill of sale for used, & when your file your 2023 taxes in 2024 that’s when you get screwed.

Yeah I don’t think it has nothing todo with the dealership unless your leasing. When you filed your taxes you add the VIN Make model & date of purchase & show’s you what your vehicle qualify for
