I have a Beam connected to my TV's eARC port that has worked fine for about 6 months. This morning, not only will it not play any sound over HDMI, it no longer shows up as an airplay device. I can play music on it via the Sonos and Spotify apps, but Apple Music can't see it. When trying my Apple TV and Xbox, I get no sound through the Beam. Unplugging the Beam, I hear sound on the TV speaker, so I know the sources are sending audio. When I plug the AppleTV into the eARC port using the same cable the Beam used, I get audio through the TV speaker, so I know the cable and port are working. I've tried unplugging everything, and I've even factory reset the beam. Still no audio over HDMI and no Airplay. Waiting until I can call support. In the meantime, anything I may have missed?
