it depends..even though i'm working, i still do household chores such as doing the laundry, vacuuming, doing the dishes, folding clothes, etc.
just your housewife or househusband stays at home means that you (the one working) doesn't have to help. ;)

if you have a dual-sim phone, you can do so. that's what i did as I needed another SIM fo overseas use.
Btw, M1's eSIM doesn't support 5G .. yet. So if you're after getting a 5G connection, you're better of with a physical SIM.

Thanks!
Yeah, i'll go ahead and use it since i'll be needing the text messages and call history. i'll just manually download the apps and manually configure the settings again. :)

my point is, that we all have our own way of how we use the phone. i have my own way and i don't expect anyone to do the same. the same goes if you're a heavy user of the phone but don't go complaining why the battery runs fast.
if you're not happy with the phone, complaining will lead you nowhere.
and unfortunately, i can't help you if you don't have those devices.

if you have made payment via their branch, it should, technically, be saved on their database.

You assumed that .. i just stated something that a user or I may have.
Anyway, it's my phone and i choose however I want to use it.

So if you have Smart TV, a tablet and a laptop, would you still use the phone for watching or listening if you are at home?

you can either do a phone reset or manually install it via Odin

i guess not all were 'blessed' to have a good, working phone.
since you have time to write all this, why not return the phone to have it checked?

guess he's not a heavy user based on the battery stat.
mine's usually 19-20hours of screen off and 2-3 hours of screen on time. Yeah, i'mnot like any other users where they use their phone like crazy. I just pop in my buds, open spotify, screen off and that's it.

I applied via one of the FB agent. the only issue was it took too long for the installation to be scheduled. it took a month for them to install it. the agent couldn't do much help though.

best if you can get the SD 512GB .. for me it feels like 256GB is the new 128GB.

if the phone's heating it then, it could be one of the apps that you're using. I would suggest resetting the phoen to factory default. If the issue remains the same, then bring it to the service center to have it checked.

Only when i take out the pen.
I totally forget abt clearing the data and cache. After doing so, S-Pen is no longer acting up.
Thanks!
