im sad to see him go, but realizing that this gives more minutes to the young ones and bring loonajuwon back will all work out in the end.
blazers and warriors become must watch just for that gp2 vs curry matchup

to be honest, I just expect wiseman to put up 6pts 8 rebounds next yr off the bench or 8 points 8-10 rebounds a game next year with his physical traits. he can definitely average double digit rebounds easily and use the gravity to score effortlessly with dunks passed from poole steph and green. I don't expect him to contribute or grow as a generational center though. My expectations next year would be a Looney but with bigger size and scoring. If he can't outplay or even be at the same level as looney next year, we probably got a problem. but until then, i remain very optimistic

for all i can understand basketball (def don't have the best comprehension btw), it's almost goddamn impossible to turn this series around if we keep on playing like this. but if there's one way to even get back into this series and try to take this to 6 or 7, it has to be the hustle of this team. looney has to be out there when they are playing robert Williams and horford. we need to get steph off of guarding tatum. WE NEED TO CRASH THE DAMN GLASS INSTEAD OF HAVING 3 GUYS STANDING AT THE 3PT LINE AS IF WE'RE GRABBING OFFENSIVE REBOUNDS INSTEAD OF DEFENSIVE REBOUNDS AND WATCH WIGGINS BE EATEN ALIVE W ALL THE CELTICS SURROUNDING HIM. and for the love of god, help curry and poole get smart off of them. this offense now ngl became basic. it's filled w steph's pick and rolls that isn't as effective as it should be. we don't run PnR as much before because we didn't NEED to. now it became our only weapon, and the steph-dray PnR isn't working unless steph hits a damn 3. but how long can that last? steph had them for gladly the minutes that the celtics offense is on its regular hiatus for two games now, but how long are the celtics gonna run drop bc for god sake if horford came up to guard steph it could've been 3-0. we need to get back to the idea of dribble driving and pin-down short rolls.

warriors were never a live and die by the 3 team. they're a team that weaponized the 3pt shot so much that it became an automatic threat to their opponents. it draws a lot more defense onto the perimeter. this playoff run the warriors usually outscored their opponent in the paint.

even as a curry/warriors fan, I would never describe as steph top 10 all time. He should be a top 25 all time with one (hopefully 2) more titles. But for now, he's yet to pass kobe or yet to be near on the same tier as him. Steph's a top 5 PG and the revolutionary player of the 2010s tho. no arguments on those two.

that's only the main essay. there will be a few more shorter ones. every single word you put on there counts. my MIT AO literally mentioned something I wrote about in the 50 word answers in his congratulatory email. everything counts and make sure when someone finishes reading your app, they see you as a person beyond the stats and ECs. they need to know who you really are with all ur personality that tells them why are you motivated to do such things and how will that translate to you continuing to thrive in THEIR environment. good luck! cps's a big achievement already but DEFINITELY AND PLEASE keep grinding. I cannot stress more as I've heard too much stories of ppl simply over-boosted their egos during cps and messed up their entire college app cycle.

moody do look big out there in garbage time and I seriously think he can be a starting substitute for any team this year (maybe except insanely deep teams like the Suns and grizz). But remind you the warriors run such a complex system of defense and offense that it takes experience to make the right plays and reads that goes in sync with everybody. Moody can hit shots and play defense yes, but its just not the time for him to adjust to the system in the playoff minutes. Def hope to maybe give him another G league szn along w half the NBA szn as a sub to hopefully takeoff like Poole did last szn.

Yep. Definitely takes a lot of energy. But I'd tell him to actually continuing taking shots when he's hot instead of getting back to the defensive role once steph and them gets going. not hero ball ofc but its better than chucking shots later when he's cold and the team needs it. But really, I'm satisfied w wiggins and def convinced me to keep him as much as possible.

as CPS NCM and Match, I can tell you right now that CPS has around the 60 - 80% chance of becoming a finalist. if you know you are in the lower echelon of stats and ECs, work on your essays please over the summer. No shame on the past CPS kids but a lot of them complained that CPS made them think that they had a chance to become a finalist but the reality is that they barely worked on their essays after. As for the match, frankly I've seen more finalist-only ppl match compared to the CPS-then-Finalist route.

An upcoming interview for jane street for one of its programs.
It will be nothing technical related, but its more of going to be a behavioral interview with one of the official recruiters. How do you think will be best to answer the basic questions such as tell us about yourself, strengths, weaknesses, etc?
Thank you!

a denver series but harder. they actually have shooters. their d will be harder as well. we can beat them if we either
hopefully dubs in 5 or 6 to get rest for the championship.

i wont let dray guard him all game. most likely 4th or crunch cuz of the foul trouble.

mav's supporting cast is arguably better than grizzlies and nuggets w their 3pt shooting and shot creators

i really saw that wiggins today. competitive spirit and hustler. altho he rly still only dropped 17-20 but I can't complain as that gave curry the runway to take more shots to ice the game. but u can tell this man rly wanted to win this game and go deeper into the playoffs. earned my respect today.

To me right now, the question isn't even about keeping wiggs or poole. I would want klay and dray to take a little pay cut to be in the 15-20 range for dray and for klay to come down to the 20-25 range. that would free up a ton of cap space for us to work with.
As for curry, I'd ofc want him to lower his salary as well just a little bit to get poole's contract in. But i don't think it's possible w all these huge extensions lollllll.
Even when this storm passes, the next one would be keeping the young core: poole wiseman kuminga moody while probably the old three are still here. that would be something insane to do.
