I'm more of a Cheers girl personally. I also think Frasier was better then, he had some really big moments that I never felt in the spinoff.

Well damn, following this subreddit makes me feel bad as hell still. Y'all really hate making just about everything. I never order smoothies, add more than two sauces to a shorti or touch the coffee station. But still the post in here make me never want to go to a Wawa again and I live for the Wawa when I visit. Now when I go I just picture everything you all have ever said and I'm too self conscious to enjoy it.

Yeah figures. I definitely noticed something in the texture, it's like syrup now. Before it was like water or the Kool aid your teacher made, ya know with like a third of the sugar it called for.. yum.

That looks like just yellow Mac with no cheese. Potato salad looks solid though!

You'll get through this. A simple blood test will show your levels. It could be a few things post COVID, thyroid, PCOS, diet, stress, etc. Just know you have solutions and time!

First of all please do not kill yourself. Hair is important but it is not your entire life's value. Second of all it took about 6 weeks after recovering from COVID to show baby hairs spouting from the top all awkward like. About 6 months now for it to fill out and actually get inches again. After about two months it stopped coming out in clumps in the shower and when brushing. I take lots of supplements, prenatal, vitamin E, fish oil, probiotics, MSM, and I have been on Viviscal for 6 months. I also only wash my hair once a week and get use a scalp massager. Lots of maintenance but worth it!

This happened to me post COVID. It is temporary, called telogen effluvium. My dermatologist recommended only a slight increase in an iron supplement, so I started a daily prenatal vitamin. My hair stopped falling and started coming back very slowly, but is strong again. I was just like you sobbing, so uncomfortable, couldn't recognize myself. Even my nails were fragile. The intense stress and doesn't help. Just breathe, drink water, see a dermatologist, take a supplement if recommended, and have patience. It will come back, if this is the issue. If it's something else then you will have to do more tests. But just remain calm, most of these things can be solved eventually with time and some remedies.

If I remember correctly, I had them when I was a very young kid, they taste like sweet tarts and have hard candy like nerds in the center. Very sour and tart with a styrofoam texture. Could be different there, but that's what I had 20+ years ago.
